Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. All domestic orders are shipped via TrackON and

international orders are shipped via FedEx. Processing time of order can vary from 1-2 days

depending on product availability, or in some cases up to 4-6 weeks. All Orders are shipped by

priority service average 5-7 business days from date of order to reach their destination. Additional

charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before

shipping. Please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays while calculating actual ship

date. Please include a complete street address for all orders. Fedex doesn’t ship on PO address. If

ordering internationally, any taxes, customs, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of

Billing Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via Paypal.

All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card

information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in U.S. dollars.

Return Policy

All orders are non -refundable. Damaged or defective products may be exchanged for a

replacement. If customer wants to use his/her own courier service, he will have to inform us within

24 hours of placing the order. Shipping charges will be refunded only within 24 hrs. of order

The Basics

Processing Time: Orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time. Business days are

considered Mon-Fri. Weekends are not considered business days.

Transit Time: The delivery times are in reference to the time spent in transit (once your order has

left the warehouse). This time does not include the 1-2 business day processing time.

Tracking: An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped.

Shipping to Multiple Locations: Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple

locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for

each shipping address.

Rates: It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping.

You can determine the cost of shipping your order by adding the items you want to the shopping

cart and entering your zip code or country on the cart page. You will get the shipping cost during

checkout - you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping cost.

Address Changes: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address on an order after it has

been placed. If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly or would want to change your

that the address cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.
